During his first interview since February 8, the day he was arrested for assaulting Rihanna, Brown revealed to host Larry King that he has no recollection of the incident, reports UsMagazine.com.
In the interview that airs on Wednesday (September 2), he says, "When I look at it now, it’s just like, wow, like, I can’t – I can’t believe that – that actually happened."
Brown adds that all his actions have resulted in consequences."They want me to pick up trash remove graffiti. I’m a hard worker. It’s something I’m willing to do."
Accompanied by his mother, Joyce Hawkins, the singer tells King that he grew up in a violent household. Hawkins reveals that her husband used to beat her, and Brown confesses that he knew about it. "I used to be scared to go to bed," he said.
