Liam Hemsworth is ”good” following his split from Miley Cyrus, according to his brother, Chris.
The ‘Thor: The Dark World’ actor was quizzed about his younger sibling’s recent decision to call off his engagement to the ‘We Can’t Stop’ hitmaker, and said Liam, 23, is doing well.
The 30-year-old star added to E! News that compared to his brother’s high profile relationship, he and wife Elsa Pataky, 37, ”live a pretty normal existence”.
Chris has been inundated with questions about Liam’s split – which was confirmed on Monday (16.09.13) – while making the rounds to promote his new movie ‘Rush’.
At a party to celebrate the film’s release in New York City, he was overheard saying he is ”very supportive” of his ‘Hunger Games’ hunk brother, who has provided a shoulder to lean on.
According to the New York Post newspaper, he said: ”We’re brothers and we give each other advice all the time.”
Meanwhile, newly single Liam has found comfort in the arms of Mexican actress-and-singer Eiza Gonzalez, who he was spotted passionately kissing earlier this week.
The pair hit it off after meeting at XS nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday (13.09.13), where Liam was partying with a group of male friends.
The Australian star was later pictured in a steamy clinch with Eiza, 23, outside her Beverly Hills apartment on Tuesday (17.09.13).
