After taking a long break to enjoy her life as a wife and mother, singer Christina Aguilera is back and recently launched a new video for her song Not Myself Tonight.
Aguilera has been getting lots of comments lately that she is inspired by Lady Gaga. The new pop sensation has taken the music world by storm since Aguilera has been on her hiatus.
Talk is sure to start again now that she agreed to pose nude for the German edition of GQ magazine.
The 29-year old singer is wearing nothing but long black gloves and knee-high boots in the photos. She poses seductively against a wall, covering her breasts with an arm.
The star says she is happy with her body after giving birth to son Max, now 2.
She recently revealed: "I’m more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I think I’m even a more sexual Christina. That’s part of the change of having a child for me – seeing your body do these things you never thought possible."
Aguilera went on to say: "When you have a baby, you go through a period where your body is not your own. It becomes for your child and that’s it. Once you bounce back from that and kind of get your body back … I feel better than ever. It’s a great feeling."
She also responds to critics who accuse her of imitating Lady Gaga. She cuts their criticism off at the knees by reminding people: "I’ve been around for over a decade and I think my work speaks for myself."
Her new album, Bionic, hits store shelves on June 8.
