Singer Christina Aguilera is getting ready to release a new fragrance, Secret Potion, following the success of her Royal Desire perfume, reports Coco Perez.
Although Royal Desire was released only six months ago, the pop star was already at a photo-shoot for newest fragrance last week.
Aguilera was spotted outside Smashbox Studios in Culver City wearing a bathrobe and heavy make-up for the shoot. Her three-year-old son, Max, was also on hand.
"He wasn’t feeling good, so she wanted to take care of him and make sure they were together," a source told Life & Style. "She’s trying to spend as much time as possible with him while she works, so Max brought his toys and played with his little cars while she did the shoot."
Secret Potion will be Aguilera’s sixth fragrance since 2004. Her previous fragrances were inspired by her mother.
"Growing up, I used to play with all the fragrances in my mother’s vanity. She had a taste for musky, sensual scents," Aguilera told Contactmusic.
The star is bouncing back from a difficult month. In the last four weeks, she flubbed the lyrics to the U.S. national anthem at the Super Bowl, stumbled onstage at the Grammys, and last week, was detained for public intoxication.
