Applegate will be going under the knife on November 25, which is her 37th birthday, to receive reconstructive surgery following a double mastectomy.
The actress chose to have her two breasts removed after one of them was diagnosed with cancer. The decision was not easy, however, the actress wanted to take action to prevent the disease from recurring.
Now, she is looking forward to having a new bosom. She was joking with TV Guide Magazine, saying that she would have the cutest breasts all the way up until her 90s and would have the best chest in her retirement home.
She added that the disease has completely changed her life’s perspective and that she now lives every moment in the present.
