Three clips of the film The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus have been released on the Internet.
This was Heath Ledger’s final film before he died of an accidental drug overdose.
The fantasy film tells the story of Dr. Parnassus, who brings spectators to his "imaginarium" of their choice, where they get to choose between light and joy or darkness and gloom. The doctor, however, hides a heavy secret: he made a pact with the devil in exchange for his own immortality and youth. As the time comes to pay back his debts, and his daughter’s life is at stake, he will try to renegotiate the pact with the help of a crook (Ledger).
The film, which also stars Christopher Plummer, Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law, does not yet have an American opening date.
