According to the website IOL, Owen has signed a contract with Lancome to become the new face for a new fragrance and anti-aging cream.
The star of the films Gosford Park and Closer was chosen for his work ethic and good looks.
Odile Roujol, a representative for Lancome International, explained, “The way he has built his career so far, privileging the quality of the director rather, makes us feel very confident in the fact that if he chose to accept this collaboration with Lancome.”
The fragrance campaign for Hypnose will feature Owen, 42, and be launched in the spring.
