Beyoncé Knowles has been hanging in the UK with Jay-Z. Her rap star hubby performed at the Wireless Festival in London’s Hyde Park on the weekend. She was spotted enjoying the July 4th show with friend and London resident Gwyneth Paltrow.
Fast forward to Tuesday (July 6)… the singer was on her way to dine with Jay-Z when she decided to make a quick stop at Harrods.
She exited her Mercedes upon arriving at the luxury department store and got the shock of her life. A taxi zipped by and tore the car’s open door right off its hinges, narrowly missing Miss B.
A witness spoke to Britain’s The Sun newspaper: "It was terrifying to watch. It all happened so quickly, the taxi came out of nowhere. She seemed very shaken and was lucky to be alive. A couple of seconds difference and God knows what could have happened."
Beyoncé quickly recovered from the shock and the couple continued on their way to dinner in a replacement car.
