Coldplay’s New CD With 70’s Influence

In an interview with NME, the singer of the group Chris Martin described that accomplishing this CD was the most diffficult experience of his life.

He said, "Writing is what we’ve been doing all day, every day. It’s been quite turbulent. We’ve been through a lot of songs and a lot of sounds, a lot of studios."

The group had a lot of ups and downs during the recording sessions.  They began this third CD with Producer Ken Nelson, and completed it with the help of Danton Supple.

Martin also revealed that the CD will be more electronic.  In the song Talk, they sampled parts of the song Computer Love by Kraftwerk.

Martin went on to say, "We’ve got some fucking good songs. That’s one thing we are sure of."
