According to Female First, the supermodel secretly visited the actor last weekend in Miami, Florida.
Farrell was on a two day break from treatment, and was staying at the Raleigh Hotel when Moss visited.
According to an onlooker, "Kate and Colin started chatting. She asked him how he was coping. He said he was getting there."
The model was in Miami for a photo shoot for Men’s Vogue magazine. Moss also went through a rehabilitation programme after getting caught with cocaine.
Farrell has been in a treatment facility since December. He is addicted to prescription drugs. He was in Miami finishing the filming of Miami Vice, just before going into rehab.
