Orange News reports Courtney Love wants to return to the big screen and revive her acting career.
The rock star has already appeared in some Hollywood films, including 200 Cigarettes and Man on the Moon.
She even received a Best Actress nomination at the Golden Globes for her role in 1996’s The People vs. Larry Flynt in 1996.
Love recently released her fourth Hole album, Nobody’s Daughter. She admits she still wants to pursue a career in acting.
She told Kerrang! magazine: “When I first started acting I passed on The Matrix, on L.A. Confidential. I passed on a lot of stuff because I really wasn’t ready to pass on the rock thing. I’m still not ready to give that up but I’d like to do the acting part-time."
Rumours have been circulating for months that Courtney Love is dating Uma Thurman’s ex-boyfriend, Andre Balazs. Even though the singer continues to deny the rumours, she raved about him in a recent email that was made public.
Love and Balazs seemed to be in couple mode during a night out in NYC last week. Love flew off the handle when she saw her man talking to another woman.
