A Los Angeles Superior Court judge accepted Timberlake’s restraining order request against McNeil, the woman who has trespassed onto the star’s property several times.
According to RadarOnline, McNeil claims, in response to Timberlake’s request, that she’s had several interactions with the singer on the social networking site Twitter, and that he’s even expressed interest in recording an album with her.
Her suit elicits that Timberlake has been pursuing her for a long time, and that she was only 15 years old when it all began. She added that he’s secretly done special things for her over the years, and still does so today.
According to Timberlake’s documents, he has never met McNeil and has no connection with her.
In the past, the woman was placed under psychiatric evaluation, and also violated a temporary restraining order in 1997, which was filed by singer Axl Rose.
