The singer paid homage to her 22-year-old Brazilian model boyfriend during a speech she gave at her 51st birthday bash in Portofino, Italy on Sunday (August 16), reports FemaleFirst.
In front of all her guests, Madonna stated, "He’s the love of my life. He has been so strong around me. I can’t thank him enough." Then, she walked across the room and gave him a big kiss.
The next day, the couple seemed joyous as they sailed aboard a yacht along with Madonna’s youngsters, Lourdes, Rocco, Mercy and David.
