Singer Cyndi Lauper invited cameras into her New York home to make a reality TV show based on her life, Starpulse reports.
Lauper teamed up with producer Mark Burnett (Survivor) to make this as-yet-named project.
Cameras will follow the Girls Just Want to Have Fun singer who lives with her husband of 19 years, actor David Thornton, and their 12-year old son Declyn on NYC’s upper West Side. Viewers will get a peek inside the life of this eccentric star to watch, as she describes it, "the comedy of our lives."
This will not be the first reality show in which Cindy Lauper appears. She tried to win the Donald Trump Celebrity Apprentice title against Sharon Osbourne and Bret Michaels. But it was the Poison lead singer who emerged the winner at last month finale.
