Cypress Hill and Ice Cube are anxious to prove that they’ve put aside their differences, and are going to work together on a song for the next Cypress Hill disc, reports FemaleFirst.

There was a lot of bad blood among the artists back in 1990, when Cypress Hill accused Ice Cube of stealing one of their songs.  The tension continued until 1997, when all was resolved.  Now, they’re planning on working together in the recording studio.

B-Real of Cypress Hill explained, "We reconciled the problem in ’97 but still people have a lot of questions about it. So I figure it would be big to have him on the next Cypress Hill record."

The next Cypress Hill album is expected to be released in February.
