According to People, Fogelberg, who was known for his hits, Leader of the Band and Same Old Lang Syne, in the seventies and eighties, died yesterday at the age of 56. Fogelberg was diagnosed with prostate cancer three years ago.
The Associated Press made this statement: "He fought a brave battle with cancer and died peacefully at home in Maine with his wife Jean at his side."
One of Fogelberg’s most popular albums was Nether Lands, which had hits such as Dancing Shoes and Love Gone By. His most recent album was Full Circle in 2003.
