The soccer star, who is about to sign a contract with Pepsi worth more than $3 million US, is working with the soft drink company to become the face of its new brand of water, reports FemaleFirst.
Pepsi has had a contract with Beckham for the past ten years. In order to continue their partnership, the company has offered to create a special product for the Los Angeles Galaxy star.
A source revealed, "After 10 years David feels there are other things he could do. He has an idea for creating a range of healthy products, including water. That’s something Pepsi might develop for him. David is keen to go down the healthy route to keep in with his sporty image. And Pepsi is desperate to keep him, so who knows."
