The soccer superstar will teach Elmo and his friends the word "perseverance" and will explain the importance of this word for him.
Many other celebrities have played in previous episodes of Sesame Street including Celine Dion, Robert De Niro, Jamie Foxx, and many others.
Sesame Street was created by Jim Henson and made its debut in 1969. There have been more than 4000 episodes that have aired to this date.
