David Duchovny, who recently checked out of a rehab centre where he was being treated for sexual dependency, and his wife Tea Leoni announced yesterday (October 15) that they split up a while ago, reports People.
Part of a press release read, "In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months. The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children."
The two actors have been married since 1997. They have two children together, a nine-year-old daughter, Madelaine West, and a six-year-old son, Kyd.
