Duchovny’s lawyer is refusing to comment on reports that his client has had several affairs during his marriage to Téa Leoni.
When questioned by the press, lawyer Larry Stein simply responded, "This is a private matter."
Yesterday (September 4), the National Enquirer reported that the 48-year-old actor had admitted to cheating on his wife when she threatened divorce. This lead to Duchovny entering a 35-day treatment programme at The Meadows in Arizona.
