Best known for his character Fox Mulder from the television series X-Files, David Duchovny will be starring as a man who dies, and after his death, his widow takes in his best friend, who then turns his life around. Duchovny’s character appears throughout the film during flashbacks.
Dreamworks has hired the 45 year-old actor to begin filming next month in Canada. The project will be co-directed by Sam Mendes and Sam Mercer. The film has a budget of $16 million, and will also star Halle Berry and Benicio Del Toro.
