David Schwimmer Takes the Stage

The star, 38, will play the lead role in Some Girls at the Gielgud Theatre in London’s West End, beginning on May 12 and running for 13 weeks.

Schwimmer plays a character who has decided to get married, but first must make a visit to four ex-girlfriends.

"I’ve always dreamed of doing a play in London." , stated the star.

Regarding the play, he added, "It’s about relationships and the choices people make, learning to live with those choices, and recovering from the damage done when those choices go wrong."

David Schwimmer joins a long list of Hollywood stars taking roles on the stages of the West End.  He joins others such as Kevin Spacey, Holly Hunter, Christian Slater and Kim Cattrall.
