According to People magazine, Richards, 36, and Richie Sambora, 47, are no longer a couple, according to a spokesperson for the actress.
The two stars remain friends, although they ended their relationship two months ago.
In April, the World Is Not Enough star supported Sambora during the funeral of the Bon Jovi guitarist’s father, who died of lung cancer.
Richards and Sambora began dating in April of 2006, after the end of their marriages to Charlie Sheen and Heather Locklear.
