Dennis Rodman is being investigated and possibly charged for whacking a waitress’ behind.
The waitress, who works at the Hennessy Tavern near Los Angeles, claims that the star hit her so hard that it left a mark on her bottom.
A spokesperson for the Orange County Sheriff refused to give much nformation, "Officers did respond to an incident involving a man and a woman. A police report was taken, and is currently with the sex crime unit of the Sheriff’s department."
In the meantime, Dennis Rodman can be seen playing Warden in the comedy, The Comebacks, which will be in theatres on October 19.
