Designers Outraged by Imitation Designs

Designers do not want their designs to be copied any longer.

The fashion designers are revolting, and are pushing for new laws that will prevent their designs from being copied.

A law that was passed in the Spring in the United States, will permit designers to sue those copying their designs for      $250 000.

This law will prevent copying, but in fact can only be upheld if the designer’s logo is on the copy.

Recently Topshop ordered that 1000 dresses be destroyed.  These dresses resembled a creation by Chloe and Gwen Stefani.  They sued Forever 21 to have copied their logo and the brand LAMB.
