Filming is due to begin May 2nd in Toronto, and the release should be for Halloween.
The first film of the series also had a Halloween release, and earned $80 million at the box offices.
Twisted Pictures are now in production with the film Catacombs, starring Shannyn Sossamon and Alecia Moore (Pink).
