Discover European trends at the fair in Strasbourg

Thailand will be honoured at the 78th edition of the European Fair in Strasbourg this September.

Every year, more than 220,000 people travel to the European Fair in Strasbourg to get a peek at new trends on the continent. This year the popular event, which always attracts its fair share of foreign tourists, will focus on a country that is not even located in Europe, Thailand. This will provide visitors with a new look at what is going on elsewhere in the world.

Whether it is an introduction to the latest trends in furniture, an area dominated by Europeans for a long time, or agricultural artisans, the European Fair in Strasbourg always leaves an impression on visitors. It puts ordinary citizens in direct contact with dozens of producers of the most rare and specialized products, all under the same roof.

Held for the past several years in the Strasbourg Wacken Exhibition Park, the European Fair in Strasbourg runs from September 3-13, 2010. More than 150 exhibitors will fill the more than 200,000 square-metre space during this annual event.
