According to IOL, Eminem and his future ex-wife, Kimberley Mathers, had a settlement conference yesterday. Antonio Viviano, a Macomb County Circuit Court Judge, told journalists that the two sides failed to reach an agreement, and the decision is now in the hands of a mediator.
Lawyers for both sides hope to reach a settlement. Harvey Hauer is representing Eminem, while Michael J. Smith is working with Mathers.
Eminem, 33, remarried Mathers on January 14 in Rochester, Michigan, just one month after announcing that they were together again. Their second marriage to eachother lasted only 82 days. The two were previously married from 1999 until 2001.
