According to New Weekly magazine, Philippe, 32, and Simpson, 22, spent the night together at Simpson’s home after partying at the nightclub Les Deux in Los Angeles. A source explained, "They seemed very into each other. Ashlee was really excited."
After flirting together for several hours, the Igby Goes Down star and the singer went to the club’s private area called The Library. The witness added, "They were up there for over an hour and came back looking dishevelled. We knew something went on."
Philippe was married to actress Reese Witherspoon, and the two have two children together.
