According to People magazine, the star, who plays Lincoln Burrows in the television series, and his wife, Rebecca Williamson, have gone their separate ways.
A spokesperson for the star confirmed the news by saying, “The separation is completely amicable and they remain friends.”
The two have four children, Joseph, 8, Audrey, 6, and twins, Lily and Augustus, both 4.
