After a successful 1st edition in 2023, welcoming 100 local and international athletes, as well as some 47,500 festival-goers in the heart of the Latin Quarter, APIK will be back from March 1 to 3!
During this winter event, Saint-Denis Street (between Sherbrooke East and Ontario) will be transformed into Mont Saint-Denis, to host a series of high-caliber ski and snowboard competitions. You’ll have the chance to watch professionals and talented amateurs challenge the urban course, all in a fiery atmosphere and to the sound of dynamic DJ sets!
And, to make the concept even more daring, $25,000 in prize money will be divided equally between the 100 athletes, men and women, at the end of runs judged on manoeuvres and style.
And, of course, after days of unparalleled skiing, comes a festive après-ski! In fact, to celebrate APIK in style, there will be an après-ski party on the heated terrace of the Abreuvoir Bar & Terrasse on March 2, during the Nuit Blanche, bringing together athletes from the competition and all those who want even more!
And, if you feel like indulging in a little shopping, you’ll find that many of the industry’s top brands will be on hand, including Arcteryx and Burton.
