Controversy provoker Michael Moore has decided to give his Canadian and American fans a gift by letting them download his film Slacker Uprising free of charge on his official site.
Moore said that the film is his way of thanking his fans, as the 20th anniversary of his first film Roger & Me approaches.
The film recounts Moore’s American tour after the release of Fahrenheit 9/11, which was right before the 2004 presidential elections, and serves to encourage new voters to head to the polls on November 4, especially to vote against the Republicans.
The film was presented at different festivals last year and will also be available on DVD.
