Barrymore, who according to rumours has been dating film director Spike Jonze, spent a romantic weekend with the star of the television series Scrubs.
A source told the New York Post, "Zach Braff and Drew Barrymore arrived and danced the night away while he continued to give her ‘sex eyes’. There was a lot of making out."
The two were spotted walking hand-in-hand earlier that day. Braff, 32, has dated several Hollywood stars, including Many Moore, Shiri Appleby and Bonnie Somerville.
Barrymore, who was married to actor Tom Green, split from the Strokes drummer, Fabrizio Moretti, last January, after a four-year relationship.
