Drugs Found at Michael Jackson’s Home

Authorities found several drugs while searching Michael Jackson’s home.

The warranted search conducted at Jackson’s residence following his death in June revealed that the singer had marijuana and other drugs to treat his medical conditions in his possession.

In addition to finding nearly 30 grams of marijuana, police found Tamazepam, a drug that treats sleeplessness, and Benoquin ointment, which treats skin pigmentation in people suffering from vitiligo, a disease that leads to decolorization of the skin.

On top of Benoquin, which the late star used to treat his skin, other medications were discovered, including Valisone ointment, Nystatin, an anti-fungal treatment, Triamcinolone, a steroid to treat inflammation, allergies and certain skin conditions, and finally, vials of Latanoprost to reduce eye pressure.

According to the affidavit accompanying the search warrant, members of the Jackson family claimed that they had found some tar heroin as well. However, a close source to the investigation clarified to Access Hollywood that the star was not injected with heroin.
