Eating Can Be A Source Of Anxiety

Eating has become a source of anxiety for many people.

In recent years, food has become an issue in society. With the addition of all kinds of nutrients, the choice is not always an easy one.

Contrary to what one might think, people do not know what or how to eat foods because of the many choices and excess information transmitted to them.

This is what Emilie Lacaille, from the University of Quebec, Montreal, discovered during a study for her book, Cacophony Food and Quebec Women: The Changing Dietary Patterns.

Processed foods are the main source of anxiety for consumers. She also noted that people have broken off from culinary family traditions and adapted their menus for their own lifestyle.

Today, they also seemed to emphasize the pleasure of eating and sharing simple, healthy, hassle-free habits.
