Ekyog holds eco-friendly contest

Sustainable fashion company recruits fashion bloggers for purse design contest.

Co-founder of the French organic clothing company Ekyog, Nathalie Lebas-Vautier has recruited four additional women to take part in a contest, reports FashionMag.

French celebrities Amanda Sthers, Vahina Giocante, Cecile Togni and Alexandra Golovanoff have each designed a different Ekyog envelope purse, as well as Lebas-Vautier, who is also featured in the campaign. And with the launch of the ‘Pour Longtemps’ (For a long time) purse collection, Ekyog is holding a contest for the sixth design.

Six well-known fashion bloggers – Kenza , Valentine , Aurelia, Dee Dee , Virginia and Typhaine – will have the chance to win by posting their designs on the website pourlongtemps.ekyog.com. The public is invited to vote for their favorite design and, in the process, become eligible to win one of the purses.

Ekyog is one of the leading organic clothing manufacturers in France. Co-owner Nathalie Lebas-Vautier believes, “We will have to change the way we dress, take the opposite course to throwaway fashion, make our clothes last, find ways of reusing them.”
