Elijah Wood is bringing his DJ skills to the UK.
The ‘Lord of the Rings’ actor will perform with his Wooden Wisdom project at the Bushmills Live festival in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on June 20th.
Elijah and his musical collaborator Zach Cowie will be performing their first show outside of the United States at the event, joining a bill which also includes Snow Patrol.
the group will also donate their performance fee for the festival to the local Oh Yeah Music Centre in Belfast.
Colum Egan, Master Distiller for Bushmills, said: "I am really looking forward to welcoming Elijah to the Distillery. He is a great actor and DJ and I have already seen him perform in Los Angeles. The line up for the Bushmills Live event just keeps getting better and I can’t wait for 20th June."
Elijah, 31, has recently completed his latest film, reprising his role of Frodo Baggins from the ‘Lord of the Rings’ movies in the Peter Jackson directed ‘The Hobbit’.
Tickets for Bushmills Live can be won through a competition run on the brand’s Facebook page.
