A spokesperson for The Devil Wears Prada star confirmed to People that Blunt and her boyfriend, actor John Krasinski, are now engaged.
The rather discreet couple has been dating since November, and has since avoided being seen together in public.
Blunt, who once dated crooner Michael Bublé, said that she’s learned her lesson and prefers not to comment on her private life. "Unfortunately, when you invite those questions in, that’s when things go south, people still have the assumption that you want to talk about it. And unfortunately, I don’t. It was a learning curve for me. I don’t feel like [talking about my relationship] is something I have to do," the 26-year-old actress told USA Today.
