Proof, whose real name is DeShaun Holton, was pronounced dead upon arrival at a Detroit hospital. He had been shot in the head in a bar on Eight Mile Road, which became famous in Eminem’s movie of the same name.
There was also a second shooting victim, who is in critical condition. No details were given regarding the shooter’s identity.
