Emma Roberts dying her hair

Emma Roberts is planning to dye her hair this summer.

The budding young actress is aiming to update her look for the summer months by changing the colour of her long chestnut locks as well as overhauling her make-up.

She told People magazine: "I want to try coloured mascaras this summer. Maybe dye my hair a cool colour. I love seeing girls do that."

Perhaps giving a further glimpse into her alternative side, Emma also professed her love for Vans trainers.

She said: "I wear black lace-up Vans with everything from dresses to denim shorts."

The ‘Wild Child’ actress revealed her must-have outfit for summer is denim shorts, a vest top and aviator sunglasses, but she is "dying" to get her hands on a white Proenza Schouler bag to accessorize the look.

Emma, 22, is currently dating actor Evan Peters, although they both had crushes on each other when they first met on the set of ‘Adult World’, neither realised it until later.

Evan said: "She’s amazing. She’s so much fun. She has a great laugh, smile, she’s a great kisser. And she’s gorgeous."
