Eric Dane Sets the Record Straight

The video shows the Grey’s Anatomy star, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and another woman, all in a compromising position.  The couple’s lawyer says that the film was never intended to be viewed by the general public, reported People.

A statement was made Monday (August 17) by the actor’s lawyer, Marty Singer, about the video that’s been seen by several people on the Internet. "This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public," explained Singer.  He added, "Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ‘sex tape.’"

The third person seen in the video is Kari Ann Peniche, who was Miss Teen USA in 2002, but lost her title when she posed for Playboy.
