According to a report from People, it’s been three weeks since actor Ethan Hawke slipped a wedding ring on Ryan Shawhughes, his girlfriend who is pregnant with a little girl.
Little is known regarding details on the wedding, except that it took place in New York, where the couple obtained their marriage license at the Municipal Building.
The star met his sweetheart during the time he was married to actress Uma Thurman, who hired Shawhughes to take care of their two children, Maya Ray and Levon Roan.
It wasn’t until 2005, after the Hollywood couple’s divorce was finalised, that Hawke started dating the nanny.
