According to People magazine, Longoria has officially announced that she will not be starring with Beyonce Knowles as two lesbians in the film adaptation of the book "Tipping the Velvet", by Sarah Waters.
The Desperate Housewives star explained, "Believe me, I would love to work with Beyonce one day. She’s so talented. But this is definitely not something we are doing together. It’s absolutely not true."
For the past week, the false story has been told in every aspect of the media. The beauty added, "Beyonce and I just did the L’Oreal event a couple of days ago. What makes me crazy is that there are quotes out there, quotes from me saying it’s true. But in fact it’s not true."
A lawyer for the actress hopes to find the person responsible for the story.
