Mendes and Dornan will pose for Stephen Klein for the spring/summer 2010 campaign.
The two stars were also photographed for the fall/winter 2009-2010 Calvin Klein Jeans and Calvin Klein Underwear campaign.
The summer collection offers bright colours with a straight cut for men and a classic cut with an ankle zipper for women.
Despite several bouts of criticism for earlier ads starring Mendes and Dornan, the new advertisement will likely be as racy and sexy.
