Members of the group Extreme have reunited to record their first studio album in 13 years. The Boston group will also start a tour in 2008 to promote this album.
The album will be directed by guitarist Nuno Bettancourt, who will be working with his former band members…singer, Gary Cherone and bassist, Pat Badger. A new drummer, Kevin Figueiredo will be joining the band.
The group, which had split up in 1996, will be performing at the Boston Music Awards on Saturday, December 1.
