The actor who plays Edward the vampire in the film Twilight, Robert Pattinson, admits that he was completely surprised by the reaction he received from fans, even if the film has yet to hit the theatres.
The British actor told UsMagazine.com that this week of promoting the film has been completely crazy. He spoke about his overnight popularity amongst teens, saying, "They all just scream at me and now it just kind of feels like my job."
During the Los Angeles red-carpet premiere of Twilight, 600 people awaited the stars of the film adapted from Stephenie Meyer’s novels.
