Warner Bros. Pictures posted a pre-trailer for the film Clash of the Titans, starring Sam Worthington.
Directed by Louis Leterrier (The Incredible Hulk, Transporter 2), the story follows Perseus (Worthington) born from a god, but grows up as a man, and must save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes). Having nothing to lose, Perseus undergoes a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he seizes the power of Zeus (Liam Neeson) and before all chaos breaks loose on Earth. Perseus will have to fight off dangerous creatures throughout his journey. To survive, he will have to accept his supernatural powers, defy fate and create his own destiny.
Danny Huston, Mads Mikkelsen, Gemma Arterton, Jason Fleming and Alexa Davalos complete the cast.
The new film is a remake of the 1981 film directed by Desmond Davis. Laurence Olivier, Maggie Smith, Ursula Andress and Harry Hamlin starred in the original.
The new version will open in theatres on March 26, 2010.
