The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio is based on the true story of Evelyn Ryan (Moore) who is a devoted wife and mother of ten children. When her husband (Woody Harrelson) can’t make ends meet financially, Evelyn uses her resourcefulness and enters profitable jingle contests.
The film is scheduled to open in theatres in September.
