Doom is the story of John Grimm (Karl Urban), a marine nicknamed "Reaper", who travels to an alien research center. All the people at the center have now become mutants, and Grimm must now save the day.
The film, which was inspired by the video game of the same name, also stars Rosamund Pike, and will open in theatres on October 21.
