Morrissey is ready to take the live stage in 2008. The singer will visit France and England for six concerts.
Tickets, which went on sale today, should sell quickly, as Morrissey hasn’t performed since 2006 when he released Ringleader of the Tormentors.
Last month, Billboard announced that the 48 year-old singer would soon be signing a new contract with a record company. His representative, Merck Mercuriadis, indicated that the contract included a best of album, as well as two new songs and a new studio disc, to be produced by Jerry Finn. The CD is to be released in 2008.
